 Jamie's goal is to help inspire both you and your practice.  Jamie continues to grow daily in her spiritual and physical yoga practice as a student and teacher.  Jamie teaches yoga, Yoga Therapy for Cancer and Chronic Illness,  Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She is also a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, Reiki Practitioner and Ayurvedic Health Advisor
